Default EVOO

I'm trying to find an easy way to add extra calories to my diet. Any other ideas to using extra virgin olive oil besides on salads or in shakes?

I doubt you could go wrong drizzling it over any savory dish. If you get bored with oil, you could start sprinkling chopped nuts in your food as well?

Olive oil shots.

What works well for me when I'm trying to up the cals is to bring a bag of nuts with me to school. I just snack on them all day, which gives me an extra 300-800 cals.

I was actually reading some guys blog or training log, and he said he would wake up half way through the night and take 2 shots of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. Has anyone here ever tried shots of olive oil or is that just a ridiculous thing to do?

i have taken swigs out of the bottle or a spoon full but not a shot glass full. I just chase it with some beverage and it is not as bad as it sounds. The only thing that gets me is the olive oil burps but I can live with that.
