Default Omega 3 and weight loss?

Since omega 3 supplements reduce bad cholesterol levels in the body they are also useful in weight loss. People who are overweight and at risk of obesity or heart problems should immediately start taking omega 3 supplements.

I heard Charlton Heston supplimented with Omega-3s, 4s and 5s for his role in "The Omega Man."

The "vampires" were deprived, that's how they acheived that look.

Different ppl may react differently to supplements but as far as I have read omega 3's do assist in weight loss.
