WHICH IS WORST???
Which is worst for you nutrtion wise, Sheppard's pie or margarita pizza????
IN MY OPINION I BELEIVE THAT SHEPPARDS PIE IS THE BEST POST WORKOUT MEAL, it has simple carbs(masehed potatos), protein(meat), and a little Fat(cheese)

My guess is Shepherd's Pie. How bad can Margarita Pizza be? Fresh tomatoes, fresh basil, fresh mozz? Thin crust?

Since you're familiar with Fitday, just put the ingredients for each dish into it and compare. And of course "worse" has to be judged according to your eating plan goals.
