Default supplement help

i am using whey protein and N-large 2 (mass gainer) and just want to make sure that i am taking it correctly.



-on workout days: whey in the morning, n-large 2 after workout, whey before i go to sleep

-on non-workout days: whey in the morning, whey with lunch




is this good?

I'll say no.

You're buying two products where one will suffice.

If you need to make a mass gainer, take your whey, mix in milk, natural peanut butter, honey, oats, full-fat cottage cheese, yogurt, olive oil, etc.

BOOM!!! Mass gainer like no other!

The mass gainer isn't really doing you much good. As Cynic suggested, make your own homemade mass gainer. The commercials ones are full of sugar and crap that isn't that good for you. As for the schedule, whey is just protein. Use it when you need more protein in your diet. I take it post-workout: a straight protein shake and then a scoop of it in my oatmeal concoction with oats, honey, peanut butter, and chocolate whey. If you need some quick protein, make a shake.
