This was some information Dan Moore (
www.hypertrophy-research.com) sent to me via email
Dried skim milk - The serving size is 1/3 cup of dried + 2/3 to 1 cup of water to make 1 cup skim milk
What I did was use 2/3 cup of dry to 1.5 cups water
That gave me 160 Kcal w/ ~16gm of protein and 23 grams carb
The amino profile looked likes left column compared to ON 100% on right column

Cost
Let’s say you get 30 servings from 2 Lbs of Whey powder at a cost of $20 that’s 66 cents per serving
Instant milk a 4 lb box cost about $8 (generic) and has 80 servings. Since we double the serving that makes 40 servings for $8 or 20 cents per serving. 1/3 the cost. Add in cocoa or any floavoring you wish, some maltodextrin or even sugar and you may be at 30 cents per serving.
