Default Oz Garcia Longevity Pak??

Anyone ever try the Oz Garcia Longevity Pak...it has different vitamins in it you take daily. I heard really good things about this and was wondering if anyone has tried it. It includes the following...
  • 1 Brain Capsule
  • 1 Antioxidant/AntiGlycation Softgel
  • 1 CoQ10 Capsule
  • 1 EFA Blend Softgel
  • 1 Hair and Skin Capsule
  • 1 Hormone Capsule

$90 fricking dollars for 30 packs? One month of it?

Aren't there better ways to spend your money than on overpriced hype? There are certainly more cost effective solutions. Just because celebrities use it, doesn't mean it's good.

"Brain Capsule"? That doesn't sound safe, haha. I'm assuming it's something like phosphatidylserine.

Anyway, the answer is almost surely "not worth it". The "EFA Softgel" is probably not nearly enough of the good stuff, the "antioxidant softgel" is probably hooey (vit C, vit E and a small amount of alpha-lipoic acid?). The "hair and skin" is likely something like biotin and silica, or something else like it that's got minimal impact and/or can be found in any old multivitamin.

CoQ10 has some good word behind it, but is way overpriced.

I don't even WANT to know what's in the "hormone capsule".

Ok, being the genius I am, I just looked it up to see what was actually IN the stuff.

I was off on a few ingredients, but the basics are the same: it's a glorified multi-vitamin with moderately decent amounts of a few things like coQ10, green tea extract and EFA/DHA.

Not quite as bad as I had thought, but nonetheless not worth $3 per packet. You could buy each of the significant ingredients separately and save money.

Yeah $90 is a bit much...do you know any other good vitamin paks?
I'm just not sure what I need and what I don't need vitamin wise. I take a multi, fish oil caps, and whey protein...

Thanks! It just gets confusing because you read and hear other people on all these other pills and stuff...Its hard to get a grasp on what you need and what you really don't need for supplements!
