Default Is it time for a change

I dont know if this is a stupid question but......

Can your body get used to your supplements. For example, I have been using the same brand of Whey protein for about a year now. I like the taste of it and everything, I was just wondering should you switch up your protein(in my case) or does it matter????

You can probably find brands that claim to be "purer" or brands with their own special twists, but bottom line is whey protein is whey protein.

I feel like my body might be used to the chicken I'm using.

Try changing the spice rub and track your results for a week. Chicken is such a great protein source, you don't want to remove it entirely if you don't have to.

Chopping it into smaller chunks can also illicit a new need for the body's adaptation mechanism.
