Default Bulk whey protein

I'm sure there has already been a thread about this somewhere but i got sick of searching through them and figured i would just start a new one.

I'm currently doing "JB's scrawny to brawny" plan and I've been purchasing cheap 2 lb tubs from the local walmart or target (i think they are like 12 or 13$). I was just wondering, do you guys purchase in bulk, if so does it save money? Where and what kind of whey are people using?

Thanks!

In the past, I've gone with whey from BJ's Wholesale. Like $24-$26 for 6lbs. I've recently switched to try out True Protein | High Quality Nutrition and Protein Supplements. You can easily get 5% off any of your orders and some of their new flavors are apparently delicious. Might want to give that site a try.

Optimum Nutrition sells their most popular flavors in 10lb bags. That's 155 srv/bag.

I buy it at Bulk Nutrition - Retail Nutritional Supplements, Bodybuilding and Fitness Articles, and Bulk Specialty Powders! for about $50 for a 10lb bag.

It tastes fine, a bit light, but otherwise the taste is sufficient.

Oops, scratch that. The price shot up, bigtime. I knew prices were going to go up, but a 50% increase is pretty ludicrous. It's now $77/10lb bag.

Look at true protein. They sell whey for $5.89 or so per lb.
