Everyone out there with FITDAY I was thinking that we could all share are logs to keep us all on track. We could start after Christmas or whenever. What does everyone think??
I use it every once in a while. I'll plug in what I eat for the day to see what my calories and fat/protein/carb breakdown is. Just to keep me on track.
