Every single day I down about 60-80 grams of whey protein. I use Vitamin World's 100% pure whey... no flavoring, sweetener, etc.
I also take a B-complex, a 500mg Vitamin C, green tea extract (630mg), and 4-6g combined EPA/DHA from fish oil capsules. At night I take Vitamin D.
When I have joint issues or deep massage, I take curcumin, ginger and bromelain for a few days, for anti-inflammatory effects. I have no clue if this is helping, but I get the stuff for cheap and I figure it isn't doing any damage.
I keep fennel seed and charcoal tablets around for digestion - mainly when I eat Indian or Thai. Fennel works amazingly well.
I have zinc lozenges (with no additives or sweeteners) that I sometimes pop during the day, especially in the winter.
That's it.
Great abs, by the way!

I wish I could say I take them daily, but if I did actually take all the stuff I lay out:
Whey protein most days.
Fish Oil
Mens Multi-vitamin
Vitamin C
Glucosamine/Chlo..whatever it is. I've had a number of joint injuries over time.
I set out 7 days worth, I'm just not good at taking them daily.

Mens Multivitamin, Fish Oil (about 1800mg EPA/DHA combined), Whey Protein, ZMA before bed, on days that I work out I usually have a Casein Protein shake before bed also.

Whey protein, and fishoil, and a multivitamin.
I take whey directly after my workout, and fishoil after every meal and the multivitamin in the morning.

Here's what I take:
Prenatal multivitamin (not TTC, but MD told me it's better)
Vitamin C 1000mg
Glucosamine sulfate 1000mg
Omega 3 Fish Oil 1000mg
Biotin 1000mcg
Acidophilus 10mg
B complex
L-lysine 500mg
CLA 2000mg
Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc
I just added 5-HTP 50mg and Chromium Picolinate 200 mcg this week.
I take ON Whey protein PWO sometimes, but I try to get most of my protein from food, mostly cause I love to eat!
I take all my supps in the AM with meal 1. Is is better to take fish oil with every meal? Does anyone have opinions or evidence-based info regarding 5-HTP or Chromium Picolinate?

Good choice. I may take in 80g of whey, but I also get 120g from wholefoods.

Like most nutrients/food, the fatty acids in fish oil will serve your body more efficiently if they are distributed evenly thoughout the day, rather than in one large dose (not that you are taking a large dose of the fish oil). In other words, a super-powered multi-vitamin will get largely lost in urine. But if you take smaller doses throughout the day (or maybe just twice a day) your body can use what you give it.. and then you refuel.
It looks like you could probably take in more fish oil. 1000mg is most commonly 180/120mg of EPA/DHA (the stuff you want). There have been arguments about how much is enough or too much... but you would do well to take at least 2-3 more each day.
You could probably apply the "split it up" idea to the Vit C. 1000mg is probably more than your body can use at once (I'm thinking so is my 500mg), so either 250mgs or 500mgs. Not a huge deal either way if your eating is good though.

Usually whey protein or a blend most days but just around workout and a little mixed in my cottage cheese/pb shake at night. Around 10-12 1000mg fish oil caps throughout the day, Glucosamine Chondrotin, mens multivitamin and thats it.
I noticed that quite a few people take vitamin C? I was thinking the other day about picking some up, mainly because I'm not a citrus eater really. Good idea?
btw, I have found that if you have access to a costco or samsclub near you, they are great places to get fishoil ect. I'm sure most of yall know this though

Fish oil and a multi-vit.
For protein, at present, I have surge@1/2 strength during my workouts and that's it. Surge is the only thing I've come across that actually tastes good in water and that is as far as I will pimp biotest stuff.
I have whey, but I'm getting back into lifting with a break-in program and a full dose whey drink would be overkill.
However, since I'm starting FLI after the holidays, I may not use whey then either, or at least it will also be 1/2 strength. No need to flood my body with surge and a whey drink during the fat loss workouts.

What is Surge? I'm not familiar with it. Sounds like a redline or speedstack or something?
