Default TNT Diet Question

Hello all,

I just bought the TNT book and had a question regarding the muscle building time zone. On page 80, it states to drink the contents of one protein shake splitting it between the pre and the post workout. There is also another bulleted point saying to eat a high protein meal or snack after the workout. My question is do you do both or is it a "one or the other" situation?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Both. Drink the shake after your done working out, then make sure your next meal is high in protein and not too long after the workout. I usually would eat after I shower and get home, to a restaurant, or back to my car and my cooler.
