I am looking for "test cases" to participate in the trial of a new dietary protocol. I've personally been using it for some time now and am hoping to get feedback from others on its efficacy. It's compatible with all diets and training methods, so regardless of your goals, it should net some benefit. Current results from my experience look extremely promising. If there are any contraindications between the protocol and your scheduling or specifics of your current regime, we can adapt it.
If trials go well I'lldevelop it into a full-fledged, publishable methodology. I'd like to get a wide variety of athletes and varying levels of experience, so whether you're more endurance oriented, strength oriented, or a straight up "bro" (
