Default Powder Type

I was going to post this in the "pwo supplier thread" but I thought I might get more opinions seperately, anyway
For mixing with a carb source like milk for a pwo shake, what kind or type of powder do many of you all like? An isolate/concentrate whey blend like ON, or another blend such as whey/egg/caesin, ect.? I always used or thought of blends like Metabolic drive as a type of meal replacement/substitute.

I just do regular ON whey. I have a lot of it, it tastes decent enough and it does what I need it to do.
