Honestly, Lyle's "Flexible Dieting" + Alan Aragon's Girth Control covers just about damn near everything. Lyle's is the "basic primer" and Alan's is the supplemental "tweak" guide.
Lyle's Protein book and Coach Hale's massive tome of awesomeness (
www.maxcondition.com) along with the other two are about the only things I can recommend to people with a good conscience.
