Default Trying to form a plan

Let me start off with this. I am 16, 186 pounds, and 5' 7". My doctor told me I would probably grow another inch or two, which means my growth plates haven't fused. I would like to see how possible it would be to grow taller. I have done ALLOT of research, and it seems like this would be possible if I had more testosterone. So I would like to start taking daily testosterone supplements. To aide weight loss, I would like to try taking fish oil daily. Ontop of this, I am going to reduce my calories and go jogging for 30 minutes a day. Currently I don't get much exercise. So a few questions for all of you. What are the best fish oil and testosterone supplements I can take? What do you all think? I would like to drop maybe 30 pounds.

What are the down sides to taking testosteron supplements? I would like to be taller, etc, basically, everything that testosteron controls, I would like more of.

Thanks

Your own T production could shut down, so your walnuts will shrink to peanuts.

There is the possibility of gynomastia, AKA breasts, developing on you.

Considering your 16, it's not likely a doctor will prescribe testostorone supps, so you'll have to go the red light district for it, in which case, the risks increase even more.

good luck with whatever you decide.

I recommend you do a great deal of research before you proceed to play around with your hormone levels. At present, I've gone over two site's selling viraloid and have seen only advertising blurb. Neither have cited research. That tells me there is no research or that research showed it does nothing.

As for fish oil, I get enteric coated fish oil caps. Just your ordinary run of the mill fish oil caps.

All you need to do is find the best value for your money and get 2-3g combined EPA and DHA per day and you're golden.

I heard healthy fats help. Truth? Don't know. Maybe one of our semi-regular nutritional experts can chime in.

I hear saturated fats help too.

Kid, you're 16. Did your doctor test for T levels? Are they too low?

lots of products that you buy actually cause more liver toxicity than the real test. I'm mainly talking about the products that they pulled a few years ago that contained alkaloids. If you were going to use a booster, you would be better off just going with test.

gyno is overrated if you plan out a PCT, and i'm pretty sure your nut size goes back to normal as long as it's not chronic use.

In any case, you shouldn't be using at 16. Especially considering you probably don't have much time under the bar. Start lifting, eating right, and do some RESEARCH. The stuff is going into YOUR body, so YOU should be the one to do the research, and make well informed choices. Coming onto a message board, and saying that you're thinking about taking a test supplement, and then asking people to hand you the information without lifting a finger shows a lot of immaturity, and immaturity=not knowledgeable enough to take test.

Apart from all that.

Maybe I'm wrong, I'm no expert in 'growing' nutrition, but I'd have thought if anything the caloric deficit required to lose weight would have a counter effect on maximum growth potential.

Or am I wrong?

Wow! You're 16 and talking about testosterone supplements? I say take a step back and talk to your Doctor about these things. You're body is still growing and you shouldn't mess with anything that may have long term effects.
