Postworkout protein suppliers?
I have a question I was looking into getting Protein for Christmas. I have two questions...........
1. Where do you all buy your protein?(online)
2. What would be the best protein for a runner/lifter, for post workout??? I was thinking Metabolic Drive??

Never made better gains in my life since switching to a all whole food diet and eating more meat.
But I have had luck with true-protien in the past for custom protien blends. To be honest, I wouldnt put to much time into worrying about what type of protien you are eating (to an extend.. if you get micro filtered whey vs ion-exchange.. i highly doubt you would ever noitice a difference). Metabollic drive is fine, one of more expensive powders, but some do like the taste.

i just ordered 7lbs of protein from true protein. They're great. Plus, i got 4 pounds of wazy free when i ordered from them. I ordered unflavored this time, with various new flavor packs they just came out with. On Fridays, i have to drive 2hrs back home, so shakes will be a good way to get some calories in before i start my drive back home.

Is there any brands that anyone would suggust? I am looking for a low carb and low fat protein supplement. I am looking for the best brand where you get the most servings as well. I was looking a metabolic drive and you only get 28 servings. Basically it is a dollar per serving, is it worth it????
