Default Final Cram

After the last few days I have noticed my training to be going down hill. I have a feeling it is due to nutrtion. I feel that I cram alot of my food in at night, usually right before bed. I am trying to eat clean also. Any suggestions, if you want you can take a look at the my FITDAY. Any suggestion would help. I have been struggling with this for a long time, but this is the first time it really has affected my training.

I think you need more fats and protein. Your diet seems to me to have massive amounts of carbs. I realize that you run and am in no way whatsoever suggesting a low-carb diet.. Just may want to change it up a bit.. <50g of fat is probably not enough for most males to function optimally.

You may need more calories too if you are really active, too. Looks like you are around 2600-2800 ish? Thats not to bad. But, still, for some, thats not very much.

I would suggest throwing in some nuts, seeds, and more meat into your diet and go from there first.

all tomato sauce is is sugar. Start using some tomato sauce or something in place. Or hot sauce. That will get rid of a lot of the carbs, and you can add in some more fats and proteins.
