Default Protein/Carb/BCAA/Creatine Sup.

I'm looking for a protein supplement (preferably whey) that has a ratio of 2 grams carb to 1 gram protein and includes simple sugars. If it also includes creatine and bcaa's that'd be great too. Anybody know of a brand that carries this ratio? The best i'm finding is 6:1 and 8:1.

I don't use anything specificly like that, but my EAS 100% Whey has BCAA's and I mix it with gatorade and creatine.

Specifically, i'm looking for: 0.8 g/kg carbohydrate, 0.4 g/kg protein, 3-5 g BCAA, 3 g glutamine and 3 g phenylalanine per serving. (and again if it also has creatine -great - but not a dealbreaker if it doesn't.)

Looks like that would work, i'd have to buy my bcaa and creatine separate but it has the right ratio's of carb/prot. Thanks.

or you could go to one of the many "make your own blend" protein sites and specify exactly what you want - or price it out both ways anyway.

Why are you adding BCAA's to the protein?

Low-fat milk or yogurt + creatine ? Sounds simple but hey, it contains both casein and whey, contains twice as much sugar as protein, yogurt contains added whey, it's highly insulinogenic, contains bcaas, tastes awesome and is pretty cheap and convenient.
If you REALLY want that, trueprotein.com and proteinfactory.com would be your best bet.
