I think the correct title would look like this

Amino Acid Workshop : Interrelationship between Physical Activity and Branched-Chain Amino Acids

We can't save the ":" in the name of a file. I know that I have to delete these when I want to save a paper on my computer.

I wrote it exactly as it is presented by the publishers of the study

I would agree it would have been easier to read if it were written as you suggested. But it was not so i have to write it as the title suggests.
