Default RUNNER? LIFTER MEAL PLAN

I am a runner and Lifter I have been trying to find a meal plan that would suit my very active life. I use fitday and I seem to be eating to many carbs. Any suggestions would really be helpful!!!!!!!!!!! I would I to gain muscle and decrease body fat and get a more defined six pack. But i still want to have enough energy to do my long runs and get through my lifting routine of NROL. An example of a meal plan would be greatly appreciated.

Have you worked out your calorie needs and macro's properly yet? From the looks of it your not eating too much carbs, and your fat and protein look pretty good.

If you need more calories eat more carbs.

Find a formula that accounts for your goals and activity levels to determine your caloric needs. I'd send you mine but I use the formula's from Alan Aragons book.

Haven't had any luck with any calculators to be honest. Kind of get a rough idea and then just eat less or more.

I just had a thought. If you still are after a meal plan you could look into Chris Mohrs meal plans 101 which i believe gives calories needed and it gives food based on quality and macro required.

Don't have it myself but I believe there is a thread talking about it somewhere here if you are interested.
