I was just wondering how long you guys wait to consume an actual meal after working out. I am not counting the PWO shakes. I mean an actual meal. I am currently doing hypertrophy 1 and after I pound down the PWO shake with 2 scoops of powdered gatorade/protein I am not really hungry. I usually have it wait at least two hours. Is this harming my ability to build size/strength or is 2 hours appropriate?
You'll be fine waiting 2 hours. The dependent factor on whether you gain mass is the total amount of calories eaten in a whole day, not immediatly after training.
