Default Low Carb Supplement Priority

Okay, so I'm doing the Anabolic Diet, but I don't have money for the supplements. I'm just wondering, would my money be better spent on fish oil or BCAAs while doing this? I'm guessing the answer is fish oil b/c of all the other potential health benefits. But I'm worried that I may lose muscle mass if I don't have the BCAAs for the lifting session and throughout the day. Any thoughts/suggestions/comments are appreciated!

I would go with the fish oil. BCAA's are a racket, in my opinion. You won't "lose muscle mass" as long as you eat enough.

this thread has some good info on why bcaas are unnecessary.

Thanks, I'll be ordering some fishy oil soon then...oh, another question. Should I be mixing up the sources, say between regular fish oil and salmon oil? Any benefits?

What's a regular fish?

I think most fish oil comes from salmon and sardines. Just wing it.

Actually, I think most fish oils come from Menhaden (or, another common fish, which I confusing with Menhaden).

Default regular fish

A regular fish is one that doesn't stand out or have any distinguishing features. It tends to just blend in.
