Gatorade powder serving question
Hey guys,
So I have jumped on the powdered gatorade mix for workout shakes. Now, should I have one scoop (130 calories, 33 g carbs) mixed with a scoop of whey 22 g of protein and then duplicate this effort again for post workout? Now I understand that this is not a correct 2:1 carbs to protein ratio so do people just skip the gatorade portion for the pre-workout and have just whey then have a double scoop in the post workout or do they double up for both servings. This would be a lot of sugar in total so I am just trying to clarify how much I need here. Appreciate it and thanks for the clarification.
