Default Gatorade powder serving question

Hey guys,

So I have jumped on the powdered gatorade mix for workout shakes. Now, should I have one scoop (130 calories, 33 g carbs) mixed with a scoop of whey 22 g of protein and then duplicate this effort again for post workout? Now I understand that this is not a correct 2:1 carbs to protein ratio so do people just skip the gatorade portion for the pre-workout and have just whey then have a double scoop in the post workout or do they double up for both servings. This would be a lot of sugar in total so I am just trying to clarify how much I need here. Appreciate it and thanks for the clarification.

It really depends on your main goal and total calories consumed but what I would do is either:

Only use a part of a scoop of whey so you have about 30 grams CHO and 15 grams protein both pre and post if you need the cals and are focused on strength of size.

If you are looking to lose fat then depending on cals I would make each shake a bit smaller.

I know its not that precise to not use a full scoop each time but just eyeball it and you will be close enough.

alright. today, because i did not have any answers in time i had a pre-shake with a scoop of whey and milk then my pwo had 1.5 scoops of whey (35 grams protein to 66 carbs from gatorade.) is this also acceptable?
