Default Quality Supps

I have been without any supps for a while, except for a One-a-Day Men's multi and a generic Fish Oil brand from WalMart, but I want to try some real supps now.

What are some quality brands of protein, creatine and fish oil?
I'm not looking for the "just lift" responses, I have been "just lifting".

I skipped the fish oil syrup this morning, but I used BCAA creamer in my coffee. Hopefully that will compensate enough to prevent muscle loss.-RedLefty

Well for protein I like Biotest Metabolic drive (its 80% casein 20% whey). It tastes pretty darn good. I am currently using Biochem cause it was reasonably priced at the store and doesnt have much junk in it. I am interested to try Biochem's Greens + Whey product. For fish oil, I swear by Costco's Extra Strength caplets. They are enterically sealed to reduce the fish burps and they have a lot of dha/epa per serving (like 780?). For creatine just go for any micronized product from a name brand. It should be cheap.

For fish oils and vitamins try NOW Foods products, they are top quality.

For protein you have a lot of good options. Optimum, Cytosport and Scitec (just examples) are good affordable brands, with nice flavours too.

How about GNC ProPerformance brands compared to Optimum Nutrition? or GNC's fishoil compared to Nordic Naturals? What are the brands that you KNOW are high quality?

Basically, I don't wanna pay extra for marketing (BSN, MuscleTech) but am willing to pay extra for quality.

Just lift? how about 'just eat'

protien powder? how about steak, eggs and chicken?
Fish oil? how about fish.

Creatine, just get some cheap stuff (monohydrate), its likely all the same. Dont expect to much out of it, I have never noticed anything at all, but this could be attributed to my diet which is high in read meat.
