Default TNT Diet?

I don't see it mentioned in these forums. I found a link to Adam's diet and followed it here, and found the TNT diet also by Adam Campbell. Its akso on the Mens Health website.

To me it seems like a more hardcore version of Adam's. I want to know if thats basically it or there are more significant differences and which one is easier/more effective. I'd appreciate Adam's advice greatly!

Call Adam's Diet something of a customized TNT diet plan for JP. Although TNT didn't exist back then, Adam's Diet still follows most of the principals of what you'll read over in the TNT forum on MH.

TNT is more "hardcore" in the sense that Adam and Jeff suggest that you do Plan A (pretty low carb) for four weeks before moving on to a less restrictive (or more targeted) plan.

TNT Plan A would be more effective for fat loss than Adam's Diet. Some of the other plans are more similar, some are more for muscle growth, etc.

It looks like, since the Adam's Diet times, that Adam has seen the benefit to concentrating what carbs you do eat to after the workouts, rather than just have "one carb meal per day." Obviously, either can work for many people, but the post workout window allows you to minimize any damage and/or maximize any benefits caused by the starchy carbs.

Hope this helps.

Oh, and Adam did respond to a thread asking about "Adam's Diet vs TNT" on MH. It's in the TNT Nutrition Forum somewhere.
