Got this from Jimmy Smith's log today.

On fitday the nutritional info for an ounce of walnuts is 185 calories. 18 grams of fat, 4 grams carbs and 4 grams protein

Seems like most nuts walnuts are pretty calorically dense. Was this a typo, Jimmy?

Although, I agree that walnuts are awesome and healthy too, so there really is no reason not to include them in moderation. And yes I know most of the fat is polyunsaturated....

Must have been a typo as my calorie chart has them at 180 for an ounce like fitday.

I eat 'em everyday (cheaper than almonds) and the package says 200 cals in 1/4 cup. That may be "almost zero" to someone, but not to me.

Perhaps he meant "carbs", not "calories".
