Default Breakfast shake

I can't remember where I got the recipe, but I'm just wondering if this sounds like a healthy shake to substitute for my daily breakfast:

1 cup non-fat milk
2 scoops whey protein
1/2 banana
1 tablespoon peanut butter

I'm assuming that this is a good start to the day, but I just wanted to make sure.

Thanks...
