Was wondering if anybody here as tried the AD ??

I'm doing a low-carb diet now(less than 40ish grams), but not carbing up every week like I would on the AD. It's going good, I have plenty of energy and I'm having solid workouts. When I stop cutting, I may move to the full-fledged AD to see how it works for me.

I recommend reading this thread for some great info on the AD.

Adam's new TNT Diet (TNT Info & TNT Forums) seems to have a lot of similarities to the AD. I'm speculating, since I don't have the AD book, but TNT, Plan C (weekly carb up day) seems similar in concept, if not in carb up intensity...

Thanks LD & PA

I Have been following the Adam's Diet info from here, Thanks for the links for the TNT. I also have been reading the T-Mag thread that PA metioned and also the one from Muscle With Attitude.. I think I will give AD a go and I may try to start a log that hopefully helps keep me motivated.. Thanks Again
