Let me re-phrase:
How much muscle milk are you getting for $16.99?
I have only purchased it a couple times, so I was wondering what size container you're getting.

I've never used muscle milk but I hear good things about it.

Wait a minute, is this still the MM with the artery clogging ingredient?

I think they took that out due to the t-nation article that implied that muscle milk=heart attack.

They've taken the glycocyamine out of most of them. MOST, not ALL, for some strange reason. I suppose it's a backlog they're trying to get rid of, but some flavors still have it.

Checked out MuscleMilk, but am confused as to its best use.
It seems to be primarily whey, but the added fat would make it not ideal as a post or pre workout supp.
The lack of other protein types would seem to make it less than ideal as a meal replacement drink.
What's the best application for MM? Thanks

Mix with water or milk and pour it into your gullet, 'cause it's freakin' tasty!:p
Seriously, I used it in oatmeal in the morning for a kick a$$ breakfast, or later at night for a treat before bed.
If I remember correrctly, back in the day JP used to swear by the stuff for training....I could be wrong, though.
