It seems like every time I post on these forums, it's a question about cutting.

Anyways, I've had very poor success with cutting, but I will be seeing my girlfriend in about three weeks and I would like to cut off a little bit of the extra fat off my stomach before I see her. Heck, I want to be a bit more toned.
With that in mind, I want to check in and get people's advice on Dave Barr's "Carbohydrate Tolerance: Frontline Fat Loss" (

What do you guys think of his low-carb diet? Is there a better diet/program out there? I was thinking of doing Barr's diet but I would like to get a little input first.
