Default Looking for a good K-Cal calculator for women

Pretty much what it says.

My wife is looking for a "How many kCals should I eat?" calculator, and she's a woman, much to my delight.

There's a ton online. Are there any that are worth using?

Thanks

First off any calcultor should be used a a start point, it is not gospel so make sure results are monitored and you try to be as honest when calculating as possible.

As for the calculator to use, I also recommend the Harris Benedict...

Start by getting your BMR-

then times that by your activity level

subtract or add from that number is you need to lose or gain.
