Found this on Digg th other day, watched a few of the clips and they are really well done.

What I've seen on it so far does seem to indicate that being in shape (via healthy eating) is almost entirely a behavioral issue.

Thanks for posting the link. I found some of them to be very interesting, especially the one on calcium and fatloss.

I've always thought that detox was pointless. Glad this reinforced my point.

I like how they take an entertaining 'mythbusters' like approach, the hands on stuff really gets the point home for me. I like the skeptical edge too.

If you want a slightly less balanced, more critical take on detox check out Penn and Teller's Detox Episode
