Exclamation Damn... Too much Spike!!!

Okay, I am wigging out here. I drank a Spike earlier today, didn't feel a thing an hour later, so I knocked another one down since I was about to work out. I've been done with my workout for 30 minutes now and I can't get my BP or heart rate down.

BP = 124/88

HR = 112

Not to mention that I'm starting to feel a little sick, which means I may end up throwing up that buffalo jerky stick and metabolic drive bar I had earlier.

Eeeaarrrgh!

You'd think I would know better by now!

Those Spike Shooters are killer! I usually just have half the can at a time (I have only had 3 cans in my life). 300mg caffeine in that can, pretty crazy.

Oman JP. Can you lie down for a few minutes? Eat one small bite of something to settle your stomach (like a cracker or something else bland, something for the acid to get focused on) and then lie down and take deep breaths to assist in lowering your heart rate. If that doesn't work, maybe take an Alka Seltzer? It's just goint to have to wear off. Good luck!

JP...2 cans! Damn. that is pretty funny. I drink them fairly regularly (unfortunately out of need to keep awake and functions) but I've never done two cans in one day!

Okay, a little better now.

BP = 126/84

HR = 80

Still high, but I feel a little better.

I'm going to go eat something!

Yeah, that was 2 cans inside of one hour. Not recommended, for what it's worth. Just take my word for it and don't try this trick at home kids!

Better have a shot or two of rum to bring ya back down before you blow a blood vessel.

That's insane. I had one-third of the can in our goodie bags from the summit, and 20 minutes later I thought I was gonna die. Driving the family van through Arkansas, and felt like my head would float away while I hurled up everything through my severed neck.

Me and Spike are like Hollywood and monogamy.

I love Spike. I can drink one can just fine. I am pretty certain I would not be able to handle two of them. There is a reason there is a warning on the can...instructions and all..........lol

Newman

PS glad you are feeling better.

Wuss.

One can does nothing to me. Two cans and I'm a little more feeling nothing.
