MET value for NEAT days
My RMR is 1627, I'd like to know what I can use as my MET for NEAT days when I'm at work.. I don't have a desk job, I do a combination walking and climbing a flight of stairs for 8 hours everyday with very little standing if any (shoe manger). Also what would be the MET value fot HIIT training, I was guessing "6" which is the same for a day at the gym ( and considering HIIT is anaerobic, correct me if I'm wrong). Thank You.
