I really liked your "tidbits off the top of [your] head." That's some great stuff! I like that you take the longterm approach with your clients. Permanent results are what clients really want.

i will say it again Girth Control is the supertraining of nut books

also thanks alan for serving on my advisory board to the new maxcondition nutrition organization

alan and i have worked on numerous projects together and share research data and analytical thought on a regular basis
