PS alan, no i'm not the milk guy (in fact quite pro-milk ) i was the guy asking you about insulin response and supplemental fiber.

I usually get to folks within a couple of days, sorry about the 3rd day lapse. I had a stupendously stupid week in terms of work, and [insert the usual suspects].

do yourself a favor and purchase alan's book if you are interested in nutrition from a scientific as well as practical standpoint

also Alan thanks for mention of protein book

book is doing well in fact it is being considered by three universities for inclusion in there required curriculum also looking at The Carbohydrate Files

nice interview at bodyrecomp as well
