mehhhh. Looks pretty crappy. Just a bunch of creatine/bcaa's/other junk.

If you want "all day anabolism", train hard and eat well every 3 hours.

Hmmmmm... I don't know. They market it pretty good, but why pay $40 for something that you can basically do yourself with nutrient timing and hard work?
There ain't no magic pill. Eventually if I say it enough times people will start to listen, right??????

It's a bunch of creatine and sugar. Jesus, how many of these products can they make? Just get creatine monohydrate powder, and mix it with some sugary carbs after your training, that simple. The creatine timing thing they're talking about with those 7 creatines is complete bullshit, and that's obvious to anyone who has a clue how creatine works. I believe Creatine Ethyl Ester (CEE) has some merit for non-responders to monohydrate, but that's it, it doesn't do anything that monohydrate doesn't do.

Other than that, here's some clues to look out for in BS supplements:

In fact, users are reporting dramatic gains in mass, without ever mentioning edema (water retention). They’re telling us about gaining 10 – 20 pounds of new muscle in under 30 days. The best part is, you can too!
I'd love to call up this company and ask for some of the names of people that have 'reported' these gains...

Cycle Anabolic Switch "ON" for 4 weeks and "OFF" for 2 weeks.
I should hope we already realize that cycling creatine is retarded. No wonder ignorant people relate creatine to steroids, they read this stuff and believe it.

But if it's going to give me 20 pounds of new muscle every month, then I need to cycle. Have to spread out my new wardrobe expenses.

Haha. It's like the weight watchers gaurantee of losing 2lbs a week for life. Wouldn't you dissappear after about a year and a half?
