Those numbers are gonna scare the crap out of chronic dieters on 1200 cals and pretty much all nonbodybuilders who open this thread
And by the way your post looks, it seems like you're over-thinking it. For most people, if your pre & post meals EXIST, that's enough to cause progress. If you're not dieting hard, or certainly if you're in a caloric surplus and your meal frequency is high, then nutrient timing is a minimal concern.
Getting the amounts exact is definitely an obsessive-compulsive thing to tool around with once you're at an advanced level of progress and you want to pull out all the possible nitpicky stops.
