Default Help with meals...

Ok so this is what info i can give you. Im 6foot, 193lbs, 18years old. Im currently trying to bulk and gain as much muscle as i can in the next five months. I work out four-five times a week depending on how im feeling. Im currently in college and can only eat what the caffateria has... And i can only get in four meals a day. Seeing that im there on a baseball scholarship and the coaches wont let you have a job to make some money. So i cant go out and buy healthy food to eat. So i was wondering if some one has a link that can help me figure out how many calaries im going to need each day and what foods i should eat from the mess hall lol.

Supplements im currently taking are as follows:
Multi Vit
(I get the following free from a friend who works at a nutrition store)
Bsn-Nitrix
Bsn-NoXplode
Bsn-Cell Mass
Bsn-True Mass Protien

To figure out how many calories you'll need go here . He gives you the calculation for figuring it out. You'll be amazed. I seriously doubt that if you can only eat 4 times a day and don't really have any money that you will be able to get all of your calories in.
Don't rely on junk calories either or you'll just add all kinds of fat on top of any new muscle.

I don't really know what good most of those free supplements are going to do you if you're not getting good, whole food as the base to your nutrition. Any supplementation should be just that, supplementation.

I'd find a friend who works at a grocery store. :p

See if that friend cant get you some weight gain or meal replacement shakes that you could eat on top of your 4 meals? BSN makes one if I recall correctly.
