Default NoNonsense Nutrition calorie question.

He's got a menu outlined in the DVD for gaining muscle mass (for men).
Did he mention how many calories it has?

Do you just have the DVD, or the whole PN package? If you have PN, you might get your answer at those forums. I've never heard anyone discuss that here.

One Size Fits All (in the DVD) is about 2400 calories a day for men (when I followed it and logged it on Fitday). If you're not building mass after following it for two weeks, you can up the protein.
