Default Monthly Compliance Sheet

Not sure if anyone would find this useful, but if so cool.

I am going to try and track at least this well.

I do something very similar Og - a compliance grid very much like the one JB recommends. It works well for me right now.

Years and years of tracking every macro, measuring my food, etc., and I'm just not motivated to be that strict right now. I know what to eat. I know when I've got the right sized portions on my plate. Just a checklist is sufficient for now. It's a way to see at a glance if I'm meeting the 90% rule.

Yeah, it's def from something I picked up reading or listening to JB.

Seems like a decent simplish way to go for now.

I'm using a compliance grid too. Each week setting my goals and giving myself points When I write down only 1 serving of brie or cashews, it seems to stick. Same with 10g of my chocolate! Will see how this week goes.

something like that

I have started the compliance thing. I color code it green for good and red for bad, yellow for not total crap. As well as a short description for the meal.

Salad
flax muffin
oat+prot

etc.
