You go to bed early!

I usually have some cottage cheese and maybe a spoonful of peanut butter.

I also like 1/2 banana, plain yogurt plus vanilla protein powder.

Apple + peanut butter.

Cottage Cheese + peanut butter.

Sometime just a cup of de-caff Green Tea (really relaxes me.)

Step One: Take the Peanut Butter out of the pantry
Step Two: Take a Big Spoon from the drawer
Step Three: Proceed to get at much peanut butter onto the Big Spoon as possible, usually ~3 Tablespoons
Step Four: Wash it down with about a cup and a half of milk
Step Five: Repeat steps 2-4.

This is EXACTLY why I cannot have PB in the house, Kevin...LOL!
I think I was supposed to be a 250 lb man, given my appetite for the stuff.
