Default Quick On-the-job Meals

Any suggestions for quick meals that can be eaten on the run? I'm working through grad school at the moment at the job that requires me to be on on my feet and attentive for upwards of 12 hours a day... So far I haven't had time to eat, so I end up going home starving, eating everying out of the fridge, going to bed, then having a terrible workout the following morning.

I'm looking for meals/snacks that can be eaten super fast... So far I've tried jerky and nuts; any other suggestions?

The quickest thing is a premade shake that you keep in the fridge. Shake just before you chug...

There are a couple of Supershake recipes floating around here. They can be good, but mostly I find them convenient. I shoot for merely palatable.

If you have those fridge/micro, i dont see the need for it to be that quick/fast limited.

You can do any protein cut to finger size portions and nibble.
Potatoes etc "fries" or slices.
Protein pancakes, muffins and home made bars.
veggies cut up and ready to go.
fruit cut up and ready to go.

I think your biggest hurdle would be prepping your stuff at home and place in containers and baggies so that you'd have it ready to go. 1 or two cooking days in bulk would do it.

You dont get time to eat?
