Default Daniel Gastelu's Podcast?

I was reading Michael Roussell's Q&A over on Bodybuilding.com and I noticed they have a podcast by Daniel Gastelu (the Awesome Muscles Podcast). Has anyone listened to these? I have never heard of Daniel Gastelu and have read some things I don't agree with over on the bodybuilding.com forums so I just wanted to get some other opinions before listening to them. And for record, still definitely like the FitCast and Max Out Radio but they only come out once a week so I need something else to listen to during that hour ride to work and back

Dan's a pretty smart guy. The podcast he does with Layne Norton about leucine is definately worth checking out. Sometimes he talks too much biochemistry and even i get bored.

You should check out
www.thepnshow.com (Dr. Jose Antonio's Podcast)
www.superhumanradio.com (they usually have good guests)

Oh yeah, I'm glad you reminded me about the luecine one because that is why I went there in the first place and then I forgot to get that one. I listened to one episode this morning but found it to be more of a commercial for someone's book and I didn't really learn anything. Also the Podcast seems to be more for the bodybuilding audience (which makes sense since it was on bodybuilding.com) and that doesn't interest me as much.

I'll check out those other two you mentioned. I have listened to Dr. Jose Antonio's podcast before but I wonder if they changed the feed because I haven't gotten a new episode in weeks, maybe even over a month. I'll check out the link.

Thanks again, and yours and Kevin's podcasts are by far the best ones I've found so far

Agreed that Mike's and Kevin's are the best. I like Dr. Antonio's, I just don't like the "commercials."
