Default Bioquest Myozene

Anybody have any experience with this protein powder? I was glancing at a Prosource magazine and came across it. Heres a link to the description at bb.com

It's not standard whey, though. It's whey hydrolysate.

So, it depends on what you believe. If all wheys are basically the same value to your body, then yes, it's no better. If you believe that different types of milk protein provide different value to your body, then no, it's better for around a workout.

Here's a discussion on the "possible" extra value of whey hydrolysate.

New Study: Whey Protein Hydrolysate vs. Casein

Although the discussion didn't get into the pwo discussion much, but the other aspect of hydolysate is the "fast acting nature." I'm not really sure on that... You can check out this "article" on Surge. It has all sorts of hype on the subject. Surge
