And keep your eyes open for 1 more gift - around Christmas eve. It's a biggie for PN customers/members only. So if you've been on the fence about picking up PN, get off it and get your copy. If you order by this Thurs, you'll have it in time for Christmas.
It'll be a little while till the new version is done. We've got a few other things on the agenda first. But since you're a PN'er, you'll be the first to know when it's ready.
That photography was EXCELLENT. It's amazing how much good photography can set the tone of a book. Very artistic layouts and delectible looking as well. That Chocolate Ricotta had me drooling. Think I'll try a few of these recipes this weekend.
Thanks for the freebie John. I am actually surprised you're not selling this one. You should send it off to a mainstream publisher and have them put it on every B&N bookshelf in America. I'm sure you'd sell the hell out of it.
The hardest part for me when it comes to putting clients on healthy eating plans is dealing with their cravings for sweets. I may have to send this out to all my members at my gym!
JP - please do send it out to everyone. In fact, the more the merrier.
I'm sure all receipients will enjoy it. And, of course, if people like it they may be inclined to visit us and pick up a copy of Precision Nutrition or Gourmet Nutrition.
We're getting a ton of emails about this - people wondering if they can pass this out, regift, whatever. Of course, the answer is yes! We actually have one customer, the CEO of a huge fortune 500 company, passing this along to his entire staff.

And an Army commander forwarding it to all of his Soldiers
Has anyone tried any of these recipes?? I tried to make the mixed berry pudding last night and I didn't see anything in the recipe about when to add the protein powder so I added it into the blender when blending the fruit mixture. The fruit mixture was still really hot and the powder didn't blend to well and it smelled kind of funny. Was that the right way to do it or should I have let the fruit mixture cool before adding the powder?
I will have to give the pudding tonight after my workout so I will post up about how it actually tastes because it doesn't look anything like the stuff in the picture..

I haven't made that one, but I did try the lemon cheesecake. It was good, but not really like cheesecake, lol. I liked it, but I think if I want cheesecake, I'll just have a small piece on a cheat night, lol. It was good enough that you could have it for a bedtime snack.
