Talking Surge and BCAAs

I'm not sure if it's the Surge, the BCAAs, or both, but something is sure working. Since I started using them, my soreness is so much less than before. Before, I would sometimes get so sore that I looked like a crippled person when trying to sit down or stand up. It's awesome!! :p

I'm guessing it's the Surge. My recovery improved dramatically when I started using a pwo drink, regularly.

Are you drinking Surge and taking additional BCAA's?

Well, maybe I said that wrong. Surge (1/2 the recommended amount, because of the calories), and Amino Shooter by Champion Nutrition. It's "essential" amino acids. Not sure if there's a difference, but I wanted to make that clear.

Yes, there is a difference between EAA's and BCAA's. Hey, it's working for you.
