Default Made seafood soup last night

It was pretty good.

2c 2% milk
2c tomato sauce
1can clams
1can escargots
1can mushrooms
1/2pkg lobster pollock
1/2pkg scallops
bunch of carrots
bunch of celery
1/4 white onion
1/4c quinoa
1/2can white beans (can't remember if they were kidney or lima or ???)

Put it all in a crock pot and let cook over night. Should be good for me

I'd love to try it but the rest of my family isn't up for many new dishes. It makes going to restaurants a treat (to try something different).
New seafood entrees are always interesting.

So you just dump all that in a crock pot and let it cook? That simple?

Sounds really good. Soups are always great this time of year when it starts getting cold. One question about this one, though: why the milk?

I started off with a vegitable soup recipe and the only thing I kept from it was milk, tomato sauce and veggies.

I'm with Eustace -- I don't care for fish and milk together. I think this recipe would work with fish broth or water instead.

Yes, I think so. It's not so much the milk and fish together for me, but the milk and tomato sauce.
