Default Creatine / Gatorade Stability

Is creatine mixed in liquid stable for any length of time? Just thinking about premixing creatine and gatorade to have in my car for my PWO drink.

That's fine, but why not just put the three powders in the shaker and add water after your workout?

I hope so -- my PWO with gatorade powder, whey and creatine is sitting in my company's fridge. I forgot to bring it home Friday when my workout time got shifted. Now it will be my Monday PWO shake instead. I've done it before with no troubles.

That would make far too much sense. ;-)

For now I've just been picking up the 12oz bottles of Gatorade. Didn't know about the powered option until reading this thread. Micronized creatine is such a potential mess that I've been waiting until I get home to mix which is longer than I wanted to wait.

Many thanks.

No problem. Powder's a lot cheaper, too.
