Default Muscle Milk

Found this report at T-Nation:
http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do?id=1231523

What are your thoughts?

Is this a supplement that you would continue to use? Yea or Nay.

It was a great article. I've always loved Muscle Milk, but the author does a pretty good job of convincing me otherwise. Hm... What to do with those last two containers in my kithen cabinets now...

I had written about this same topic (not in such detail) a couple weeks ago...

Moderation is the key here. The RTDs are great as the don't contain GCC.

yeah, one of the comments posted on the article points to research that says a glycocyamine and betaine combination improved symptoms of heart disease... so which study do we believe?

Although you probably shouldn't be living off the stuff, havin it once or twice a week shouldn't kill you. I'm gonna have to be suspicious about anything Biotest(or any other company) writes about a rival product.

I agree in principle with what you're saying PA, but the author wasn't slamming it and then promoting a biotest product. Perhaps that is implied by virtue of where it was published, but the author really didn't come across like he was writing that article just for biotest people.

I just bought some of the stuff! I want to finish it since it cost $25, should I really ditch it? Even if I just finish this off then end it there?

Live wild.

Heat up the muscle milk in a nalgene bottle, then chase it with some really old fish oil from a cheap manufacturer.

Sweet... you should be dead within a week.

In that case, can I have your laptop when tech support finally fixes it?

A sad day this, when Galya and I just bought a big tub of it (hard as hell to get it here!) I drink it about twice a week now, though.
Remember the old scare about Nutrasweet where they fed it to mice and they developed cancer. Although they fed them like 70 times the amount of what a human normally consumes in a day for years on end? I agree with Android on that one. Moderation is probably the key here. (I'll let you know when I have my first heart attack)
Love live Choclate Peanut Butter Muscle Milk.
